While we work feverishly to keep up with screenings of our documentary film, Honor In the Air (click here for more information), managing a large grant funded project for the National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children, and writing web copy for a new client, summer continues to roll on. The days pass so quickly that before we know it, poof, we're in a whole new month. But we're not complaining.
We get to work with some of the nicest people on meaningful projects that aim to make the world a better place. This is a true privilege.
And we get to learn so many new things. For example, I've never worked on a project that incorporated virtual reality. But, I am enjoying that opportunity now. And it's not every project in which I get to observe a brilliant researcher at work, structuring information collection methods and gathering efficacy data. I am also learning about EV charging and commercial energy storage.
I guess that's what I like about this career: I am always learning something new and meeting some of the best humans on the planet. Even while summer rolls along.
